Aaron’s Oceanfront Retreat is a three story townhouse, adjacent to Rago's Oceanfront Retreat, and just behind the Discovery Trail on the Long Beach, WA Peninsula. Check our Google Map to see proximity to downtown and to the Pacific Ocean.

The third floor includes an ocean view master bedroom and master bath, as well as a second bedroom with twin beds.

The second floor has an open floor plan with ocean views from the extra spacious kitchen, dining room and living room.

The ground floor includes the laundry room, an ocean view bedroom with twin beds, as well as a two car garage.

Ocean View Master Bedroom: The master bedroom includes a brand new queen bed, wrought-iron headboard and TV/DVD. Step outside to your private balcony with a fabulous view of the Pacific Ocean, Discovery Trail, the boardwalk and North Head lighthouse.

The master bedroom also includes a walk in closet.

Ocean View Master Bath: This is a full bathroom that includes a double sink cabinet, extra large shower with seating and of course, an ocean view! Hair dryer, soaps and shampoos are included.

Third Floor Bedroom: This room includes twin beds with an East facing view of the hills, dune grass, and residential beach homes.

Second Floor Kitchen: Enjoy cooking meals in this spacious kitchen with views of the ocean through dining room to the West, and views of the dunes, hills, and residential beach homes to the East. The kitchen is extra large, with tile counter tops, three bar stools, and modern fixtures.

The kitchen is stocked with all the appliances, utensils and cookware you will need to cook anything from a small breakfast to a holiday feast. For appliances you will find: a toaster oven, refrigerator, stove, microwave and coffee maker.

If you are a baker, the kitchen has: hand blender, mixing bowls, cookie sheets, muffin pans, measuring cups and spoons.

Ocean View Dining Room: The Dining Room is adjacent to the kitchen and living room. Enjoy a home-cooked meal or play some table games at the large six-person dining table while enjoying an awesome view of the powerful Pacific Ocean.

In summer walk out onto the balcony to enjoy the cool breezes and let the view before you calm and inspire your spirit. In any season, you are likely to see a wonderful variety of wildlife, including seagulls, deer, and an occasional eagle.

Living Room with West and South Views: The living room has a modern look with new burgundy-colored, over-sized chairs and light pine-colored end tables. If you ever tire of watching the mighty waves of the Pacific roll onto the beach right in front of you or decide that you've listened long enough to the uniquely powerful and beautiful sounds of the ocean, then you can turn your attention toward the hide-away corner cabinet to watch TV or a favorite DVD, or you can just sit back and enjoy the company of friends and family.

Convenient 1/2 Bath: The small 1/2 bath on the second floor is conveniently located next to the living room and dining room area.

Aaron’s Oceanfront Retreat: First Floor

First Floor Bedroom: Aaron’s Oceanfront Retreat is built on a ridge, which provides you with an ocean view from the ground level! Do nothing more than walk out the front door and you are already in the dunes and can feel the cool ocean breezes on your face. A leisurely three-minute stroll brings you to the Discovery Trail and within steps of the ocean. Sit up at night in one of the comfortable twin beds with your favorite book or just gaze out the window at the majestic moon-lit waters.

First Floor Laundry Room: This room comes complete with a new washer and dryer and has laundry detergent provided.

First Floor Full Bathroom with Shower and Tub: The first floor also includes a full modern bathroom with bath tub and shower. Towels, soaps, and shampoos are all included.
