Q: How far is it from the mansion to the beach?

A: It is a eight minute walk to the ocean on the mansion’s own private pathway through beautiful pine forest and dunes. (Open during the summer season, with the wetlands in winter the path is not passable).

Q: Is the kitchen well-stocked?

A: The kitchen is exceptionally well stocked.

It’s hard to think of anything that you would need to bring. You can expect everything from water heater for tea, coffee maker, French press, waffle makers, new stainless steel cookware, Tupperware, seasoning and much more.

Q: Does the mansion have a hot tub?

A: Yes. The mansion has a high-end five-person Clearwater spa.

Q: Is there internet access available at the mansion?

A: Yes. High-speed WIFI throughout the house. The mansion has wireless internet service.

Q: Is there a fireplace at the mansion?

A: Yes. The mansion has a beautiful new propane fireplace.

Q: How many beds are there and how are they arranged?

A: There are five bedrooms on the top floor. The master bedroom has a king bed, three of the bedrooms have queen beds, and one bedroom comes with a full bed. There is also a child’s bed and a crib on the top floor.

The one bedroom on the main floor has a queen bed.

Q: How many bathrooms are in the mansion?

A: There are five bathrooms in the mansion. There are two full bathrooms on the top floor and a partial (tub, toilet, sink but no shower) bathroom attached to the one bedroom on the main floor. There is also a half bath on the main floor and a quarter bath in the basement.

Q: Does the mansion have a dishwasher?

A: Yes.

Q: Are a washer and dryer available in the mansion that guests can use?

A: Yes. There is a set of Kenmore front-loading machines available in the spacious basement laundry room.

Q: Are pets allowed at the mansion?

A: Pets are welcome at the mansion. There is a limit of two dogs and prior permission is necessary for any other pets.

Q: We would like to be able to all sit together for some meals. Is there a table in the mansion large enough for us to do that?

A: There is a beautiful antique dining room table that can comfortably seat twelve people.

Q: Does the mansion have a barbecue?

A: There is a large propane barbecue on the deck that overlooks both the front yard and hot tub area.

Q: Can we see the ocean from the mansion?

A: There was a time the ocean was visible from the Mansion, but over the years, the pine trees have grown creating your own private nature reserve with a path to the beach. Our guests have seen deer, elk, bald eagles, red-tailed hawks, cardinals, juncos, raccoons, porcupines, squirrels, chipmunks, tree frogs and more the back yard abutting the woods.

Q: Do we need to bring linens or towels with us to the mansion?

A: There is no need for guests to bring linens or towels. We also provide paper products.

Q: Is there anything at the mansion for young children and babies?

A: The owners' two young children have been coming to the mansion since they were infants. The needs and wants of babies and young children have always been a priority here. The well-stocked play room is always a big hit with children. You will find lots of infant supplies and toys and games for children of all ages.

Q: How many TV sets are in the mansion?

A: We have 4 TVs. There is a large 42” flat screen TV on the main floor in the living room and another 52” flat screen with Xbox in one of the basement recreation rooms. There is also a 25” TV in the main floor bedroom and a small set in the kitchen.
