A Dunecrest Pearl is a three story home with a distant ocean view, with four bedrooms (1 King, 2 Queens, 1 bunk bed and 1 queen hide-a-bed in great room) and three bathrooms. It sits on a private residential street just a short walk to the beach and three miles from downtown Long Beach, WA.
The top floor consists of three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed, private master bathroom and ocean view balcony. The second bedroom has a bunk bed (twin mattress on top, double mattress on lower) and the third bedroom has a queen bed. There is a second common bathroom on this floor.
The Second floor has a great room with queen hide-a-bed, living room, dining room, kitchen, rear deck, bathroom, laundry room, and a bedroom with a queen bed.
The ground floor has a garage converted to a recreation room with foosball, ping pong, air hockey and a seating area.

Master Bedroom with King Bed: The beautifully decorated extra large master bedroom is a vacation retreat unto itself. It has fabulous distant ocean views from the bedroom and private balcony. It is decorated with a Dania sleigh (dark oak) bed with a wonderfully comfortable pillow-top king mattress.
On each side of the king bed are two dark wood end tables with halogen lamps. Enjoy your favorite movie on the new 32” Vizio flat screen TV with DVD player. Also in this room are two oversized cloth black-and-white accent chairs, a CD player, Alarm clock and phone.

Balcony off Master Bedroom: Enjoy the sunsets over the Pacific Ocean with a glass of wine on your own private balcony. Sit in the comfort of two bistro tan outdoor chairs and matching glass-top table. |

Master Bathroom: Relax after a long day at the beach luxuriating in your own private Jacuzzi jetted tub. The master bathroom has tile floor and counter tops, its own separate private toilet and a large walk-in closet. |

Second Bedroom with Bunk Bed: This is a great room for kids, but it can also host up to two adults. The cherry-wood bunk bed has a double mattress on the bottom bunk and a twin pillow top mattress on top. You will also find a wooden toy chest, a new 32” Vizio flat screen TV and DVD player. This room has a large windows with a North-facing view of residential homes and the dunes. |

Third Bedroom with Queen Bed: This room has a south-facing terrestrial view. Enjoy a great nights rest in the sleigh bed with queen pillow top mattress. The room is decorated nicely with two small wooden end tables with reading lamps, a dresser and TV stand and a 32” Vizio flat screen TV and a DVD player. |

| Common Bathroom: This common bathroom comes with double sinks, a tiled shower, cherry wood cabinets and a private toilet. |

Distant Ocean View Living Room: Unwind and enjoy the company of friends and family while sitting in front of the fireplace or reveling at the wonderful ocean view through the extra large windows in this spacious and well-appointed living room.
This room is furnished with an elegant chocolate-colored plush leather couch that reclines on two sides, a matching two person leather sofa, two oversized velvety accent chairs, two black modern end-tables with halogen lamps, a matching coffee table and a tall standing lamp.

Kitchen: Enjoy breakfast around the black, round, wooden table with four matching chairs.
This kitchen is a chef’s dream. It is equipped with all you need for to prepare a holiday feast. Included are: oven, microwave, stove, refrigerator, mixer, blender, toaster, coffee maker,coffee bar, with French press, coffee grinder, grill, waffle maker, oven roaster, kitchen utensils, pots and pans and a knife set.
For dining, we have dishes, coffee cups, wine glasses and silverware for up to sixteen people.

Rear Deck: For those spring and summer barbecues, the 200 square foot rear deck hosts a stainless steel BBQ with two propane tanks. Enjoy your home made feast outdoors around the glass-top table with umbrella and six matching chairs. |

Dining Room: The dining room boasts a tall 55” square dark wooden table with six light-cream-colored microfiber cushion chairs. Perfect for meals and board games, this room shares the Pacific Ocean view and fireplace with the living room. |

Great Room: The great room is a truly great room for both visiting and for family fun.
Watch your favorite TV show (cable included) or movie on a the new 42” Vizio flat-screen TV with DVD player. Play video games on the WII game system with two games and two controllers.
This room has a slate fireplace, high ceilings and is furnished with two plush cinnamon-colored leather bucket chairs with matching ottomans, a tan pillow-covered, microfiber couch with a queen hide-a-bed, a cedar chest and end table, gorgeous built in cherry cabinets and shelving stuffed with books and board games. |

| 4th Bedroom: Through the French doors with shades for privacy this room is delightfully furnished with an espresso queen-size bed with a pillow-top mattress and two matching night stands with two drawers on each. In addition there are two reading lamps and an armoire for clothing. This room has direct access to main floor full bathroom. |

| First Floor Full Bathroom with Shower and Tub: The first floor also includes a full modern bathroom with bathtub and shower. Towels, soaps, and shampoos are all included. |

Laundry Room: The laundry room has a super-capacity washer and dryer, utility sink, wood cabinets and is stocked with cleaning detergent and cleaning supplies. |

Ground Floor Garage: The first floor garage has been turned into an extra-large recreation room with a ping pong table with paddles and balls, an air hockey and foosball table.
This room is also furnished with a plush red microfiber couch and two red matching chairs for comfortable seating. |
