A: It is a ten minute walk to the ocean, 3 blocks west through historic Seaview and you are at the dunes.

A: The kitchen is exceptionally well stocked.
It’s hard to think of anything that you would need to bring. You can expect everything from a water heater for tea, coffee maker, French press, waffle makers, new stainless steel cookware, Tupperware, seasoning and much more. The kitchen has a 5 burner stove and pots and pans.

A: Yes. The Lion's Paw has a six person tub outside on a spacious deck.

Q: Is there internet access available at the Lion's Paw?
A: Yes. High-speed WI-FI throughout the house.

A: Yes. The house has a beautiful new open gas fireplace.

Q: How many beds are there and how are they arranged?
A: There are seven bedrooms in total. Four bedrooms on the second floor (3 queens and 2 twins), 2 bedrooms on the main floor (one queen, two twins) and a bedroom in the basement (full bed).

Q: How many bathrooms are in the Lion's Paw?
A: There are four and 1/2 bathrooms. There are three full bathrooms on the second floor, a full bathroom in the master bedroom on the first floor, and a 1/2 bath off of the kitchen.

Q: Does the house have a dishwasher?
A: Yes.

Q: Are a washer and dryer available in the mansion that guests can use?
A: Yes.

Q: Are pets allowed?
A: Pets are welcome at the Lion's Paw. There is a limit of two dogs and prior permission is necessary for any other pets.

Q: We would like to be able to all sit together for some meals. Is there a table at the house large enough for us to do that?
A: There is a beautiful antique dining room table that can comfortably seat up to twelve people.

Q: Does the Lion's Paw have a barbecue?
A: There is a charcoal kettle grill on the deck and a fire pit in the back yard that is perfect for roasting hot dogs and marshmellows, or just relaxing with friends and family.

Q: Can we see the ocean from the Lion's Paw?
A: No, there are few large homes on the peninsula with an ocean view. The Lions Paw is in the heart of Seaview Washington, just 3 blocks east of the dunes.

Q: Do we need to bring linens or towels with us?
A: There is no need for guests to bring linens or towels. We also provide paper products.
|

Q: Is there anything for young children and babies?
A: The Lion's Paw is ideal for family, as there is plenty of space in the large rooms for families with small children. We have a pool table and a small nursery, as well as many board games. For small children there are books, a trunk of toys, a trunk of dress up clothes as well as a highchair and antique crib.

Q: How many TV sets are in the house?
A: We have 4 TVs. One in the Master Bedroom, another in the second living room downstairs, one in the "Hot Air Balloon" bedroom and one in the upstairs bedroom.

Q: Does the house have a recreation room?
A: The Lion's Paw has a Pool room and two living rooms.

Q: Is the Lion's Paw a good place for family reunions?
A: The Lion's Paw is an awesome location for multi-generational family gatherings. There is something here for everyone. Many people have expressed overwhelming gratitude for the memories that have been made here.
