Q: How close is the house to the beach?

A: You can see the exact distance to the beach by selecting any home, click on the menu item "Map & Directions" and then click on "Google Maps and Driving Direction". You will see google maps, with a pin on the location of the house, and in the bottom left hand corner, a legend showing the exact distance to the ocean. There are very few vacation rentals homes with an ocean view, and Bloomer Estates has the best selection of those available.

 

Q: How soon can we check in?

A: 4 PM.  We need five hours to clean each house. Call for early check-in. We may be able to accommodate you if we do not have a guest checking out on the same day.

Q: How soon do we have to be out on our check out day?

A: By 11:00 AM.  Call for late checkout.

Q: How do we get into the house upon arrival?

A: Once we receive your final payment we will mail you the key code and location of the lock box to gain access.

Q: Do your houses have internet access?

A: Yes, all of our homes have high speed internet access. We do not provide computers, or technical assistance. However, we have found that the services is available over 98% of the time in all homes.

Q: Are there laundry facilities in your homes?

A: Yes, all homes have washer and dryers.

Q: Are pets welcome?

A: Yes, but only in Admiral House, 45th Street Vacation Rental, Gabels, Lion's Paw and Bloomer Mansion.

Q: Do we need to bring linen and towels?

A: No. All of our homes have all linens and towels. We also provide soaps, toilet paper, and paper towels.

Q: Is a reservation deposit required?

A: Yes, for all homes.

Q: Is my reservation deposit refundable?

A: The reservation deposit will be refunded minus a $25 cancellation fee if cancellation occurs before 30 days prior to check-in date.

Q: Is the cleaning fee refundable if we leave the house clean?

A: No. 100% of the cleaning fees go to cleaning the homes.

On a scale of 1 to 10 (10 being exceptionally clean) on our guest feedback forms, our average cleanliness rating over 9.0. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee this level of cleanliness if guests cleaned on their own.

Q: Do you require a damage deposit?

A: Your credit card that is on file will serve as your security/damage deposit.

Q: When is final payment due?

A: Four weeks prior to your check-in date.

Q: After final payment has been made, will it be refunded if I cancel?

A: If we are able to re-rent the house we will refund you the difference between the rent collected and the rent that you would have paid.

Q: Will a cancellation fee be charged?

A: Yes, $25.
