We were surprised at how pleasant the Knole guest house was. Comfortable rooms, very well equipped kitchen and bedrooms. Easy access to the beach - about 1/4 mile walk on a wide path through the dunes to the beach. Great feeling of privacy with just the main house nearby. Pleasant views of the ocean and dunes, but no spectacular views of the ocean, given the distance and the elevation of the dunes relative to the floor elevation of the house. However, most houses have this view, since all are set back from the ocean about the same distance. We will likely return and would recommend the place to most anyone. |

Throughly enjoy our stay! Home was very clean and cozy. The weather was beautiful, the roar of the ocean and serande of the dunes was so relaxing. We certainly will be returning! |

We loved the seclusion, the quiet with easy access to the beach. The beds are comfortable, the deck a great place to relax. Kitchen has every amenity. Beautiful stained glass pieces created by the owner add artistic touches that are a joy to behold. This place is highly recommendable. |

We absolutely loved the guest house. The view from the deck is great. Clear line of sight all the way to North Head lighthouse. Our two boys (7 and 9) played on the beach every day as it was so close. Next time we hope to reserve the Knole House with some<br/> frieds, but the guest house worked great for the 4 of us. |
