Beach Haven Retreat is a two story, ocean view/ocean front home, with 4 bedrooms and 3 1/2 bathrooms.
The first floor consists of beautiful hardwood floors, a welcoming entry and a grand hardwood staircase, the kind a young girl dreams of walking down as a bride. You will also find on this floor a formal dining room, the master bedroom with bath, a very cozy living room with French doors opening to a covered deck and a view of the ocean. Also is the kitchen, a sitting room, butler's pantry/laundry room, 1 1/2 guest bathrooms, and access to private decks from almost every room.

The Living Room/Entry way: This home is beautifully decorated, but still so comfortable. You may think that you have walked into a magazine and yet still feel right at home. The entry is grand to say the least, but the grandeur is not just in the size of the house but in the small details. Be sure to really look around. The entry takes you into the living room, with large over-stuffed chairs, tall ceilings, big windows and French doors looking out to the Pacific Ocean. Serenity at its very best. There is also a staircase here that is simply breath taking. |

The Dining Room: The Dining room is located to the right of the entry way. It seats 8 and is the perfect spot for family dinners or games, which just happen to be stored very close by. |

The Master Bedroom: is very spacious, decorated in light earthy tones, with a king-sized bed and a twin bed as well. This room has a flat screen TV and windows with a view of the ocean. Enjoy your private entrance as you sip that glass of wine, watching the sunset on your private deck. You will find a comfy chair for reading, great lighting, a very large walk-in closet and master bathroom with dual sinks. This room is a retreat of its own. |

The (Gourmet) Kitchen: This kitchen is a cook's delight! You find it to be large enough to feed an army, but still very cozy. Your family will enjoy meeting here for meals and in the preparation of them. You can enjoy the view of the dunes and the ocean while you cook, or take your meal out to the private deck for a picnic and enjoy the ocean there. There is seating for 5 plus a high chair at the table, 4 bar stools at the granite topped island, and seating for at least 4 more in the sitting room. You will find the kitchen stocked with all of the appliances you would expect, lots of storage and more. There is cookware, dishes, cutlery, a stove, microwave, dishwasher, trash compactor, 2 refrigerators and a butler's pantry with even more storage and a full bathroom. Done in earthy tones with a touch of flash, you will love the decor and the attention to the small details. If you don't cook, you will want to learn as you find it hard to leave this amazing kitchen. |

Second Floor Bedrooms: This is where your guests will sleep, and you can have plenty of them! You will find one full bathroom for all to share, and 3 bedrooms, all with King beds. They each offer East facing windows, a closet, side tables and lamps, decorated in deep blues with down comforters that make you want to fall into bed.
The other bedroom has a very small kitchenette with a sink and microwave. This room has a King-sized bed that sleeps 2, covered with a beautiful quilt, and a private deck with once again, amazing views of the ocean. Leave the door open, and you can go to sleep with the sound of the waves. You will find a rocker, closet and dresser here.

The TV room: Here you will find a large flat screen TV with cable and DVD's. A Queen-sized futon, a 12 foot sofa and a love seat that you can just sink into finish off the room. There is plenty of space for everyone to take in a movie or a nap. The railing of the staircase is one of the walls of this room giving it a nice open feel. You can easily keep in touch with those downstairs, or just order more popcorn to be delivered up to you! |
