45th Street Beach House is a two story home with four bedrooms (1 King, 1 queen, 2 twin beds and one full bed) and two bathrooms, and a distant ocean view. It sits on six acres of ocean front land, in the heart of historic Seaview, Washington. In front of the house is a private path to the beach. (Path is open May - Sept. due to wetlands in winter and it is not passable) Downtown Long Beach, Washington is a 10 minute walk away.
The second floor consists of an open living room, dining room, full kitchen, two bedrooms (1 king, 1 queen), laundry room and one bathroom.
The first floor has two bedrooms (1 full bed, 2 twins), a full bath, and garage.

Living room: This beautifully decorated living room has an overstuffed and very comfortable sofa and recliner, TV with cable, gas fireplace and a fantastic view. It sits adjacent the dining room and full kitchen. |

Third Bedroom: This bedroom on the first floor is decorated with an original 1880's mahogany full-size bed, matching dresser, end tables, reading lamp and a full-size closet. This bedroom shares a bathroom with the other bedroom on this floor.

Fourth Bedroom: This fourth bedroom on the first floor has two twin beds, end table and lamps. It has an extra large closet, stuffed with children's toys. It shares a full bathroom with the other first floor bedroom.
