This is our 4th stay on the Peninsula and the best. The house was perfect and we enjoyed it very much. The price was great and the house is located in a perfect spot! We just hope we left the house in a condition that was as good as we found it! |

Very clean and well equipped house. Ideal for dogs with the fenced yard. The beach is farther away than the photo made it appear, but it is a pleasant walk through the beach grass. |

Great location, it's a short walk to the beach, and it felt like a private beach. The view was marvelous. Good spot for a family vacation. |

I just realized we didn't write anything in the "guest book", but it would have been all good! Had a terrific time and the layout of the house worked great. There were 9 of us, including 4 between 7 and 10 years old. I liked the house having the TV (for DVD movies)area for the kids and the adult area for viewing the ocean direction. I guess the only thing I could have used would have been a large electric griddle for making pancakes or french toast for all of us. But other than that, great! The local deer (doe and 2 fawns) visited us most mornings our in front in the beach grass. I also like being away from the hubub of Longbeach, but being close enough to get there easily when we wanted to. |
