The Tinker Guest House can sleep up to 10 people. It is a modern building built in the 1990's and sits directly opposite the Tinker House. It was originally built as a three car garage but later the owners decided to add a spacious two-story loft was to accommodate three bedrooms and extra sleeping areas. Downstairs is a large living/dining room and extra large kitchen. Upstairs consists of three bedrooms and a master bathroom. Laundry room available in garage.
Downstairs Guest House
Living Room/Dining Room
This modern living room has lots of space to relax and watch TV, play board games, or for large group gatherings. This room has a hide-a-bed sofa, TV, DVD, VCR, and dining room table that can seat eight. This room is typically used by the young (and young-at-heart) as an oversized play area, without disturbing the peaceful tranquility of the Tinker House next door.
Kitchen
As seen in the back of this photo, this modern kitchen is very spacious, and is typically used for cooking meals for large groups. It is fully stocked with all the appliances, cookware, utensils, plates and dishes to serve up to 20 people.
Upstairs Tinker Guest House
Master Bedroom
The Master Bedroom in the guest house is quite large and ideal for a family with very young children. It has a queen bed, dresser, and a lot of natural light. It faces the Tinker house.
Bedroom 2
Facing North, this is a second smaller bedroom , with two single beds, chest of drawers and a closet for hanging clothes. This room is ideal for kids and it adjoins the third smallest bedroom upstairs (bedroom 3).
Bedroom 3
This is the smallest of the three bedrooms, and currently has a fold out sofa. Again, great for kids, and it is used only for sleeping. There is also a queen sized futon in the oversized away for additional guests.
Bathroom
The bathroom upstairs is very large, with a tub and shower, and sink. Towels and wash clothes are provided.
